thank you cutie 🥺 !! I can’t take credit for the central 5 gif wanda layout, as it’s entirely inspired from this beautiful edit but I can definitely show you how each gif is set out! Each collective big gif is 540 x 540px and the transparent lines are 4px!

in this psd you can find templates for a twitter profile and tweets both with and without photos! they’re really easy to use with clipping masks in photoshop and include plenty of neat little features!

Start off by making a gif like you normally would. However, I recommend not resizing, not cropping, and not editing it yet. Once you convert to a video timeline and put all the layers into a smart object, drag it over to the template.
Place the gif layer above the layer titled “for the gif”, right-click on the gif layer, and select “create clipping mask”.
It should now be placed inside the template.
Now I recommend resizing it, sharpening it, etc. Just make sure the gif stays inside the template.
Edit the rest of the template and before saving it, open the video timeline again. Make sure the duration of the timeline is aligned with the gif. This is where it tends to mess up, so make sure they are aligned perfectly and that the gif doesn’t go over time.
In the following picture, I outlined the duration end in red and where it should end in cyan. As you can see, it goes over the gif. When that happens, the gif will stop when it does and for the remainder of the time, it will be blank.
Now you can see I aligned them together.
Now you can save the gif and you’re done!
Hopefully, this helped you. I especially wanted to talk about the duration timeline thing because I know a lot of people get stuck on that and the gif messes up. Just be sure to put the duration end at the end of the gif. (btw, if you’re curious as to what I was making for the example, keep reading!)
